We quote garage cleanouts free, on site. A single-car garage with a few shelves and a double garage packed to the rafters are very different jobs.

Fuel, tires and what we can't take
Garages often hold items with special rules. Tires are handled separately from general waste, and garage fridges contain refrigerant that must be recovered. We take care of both.
Gas cans, propane tanks, motor oil and car fluids are hazardous and we can't take them. Lawn mowers and snow blowers must be drained of fuel and oil before pickup. We'll leave any hazardous items in one spot so you can take them to a City household hazardous waste depot.

Can you take a lawn mower or snow blower?
Yes, as long as the gas and oil have been drained. Please do that before we arrive.
Do you remove garage shelving and workbenches?
Yes. We can unbolt and remove them so the space is fully clear.
Do you take tires?
Yes. Tires are handled separately so they go to the right place.
Can you take a garage fridge?
Yes. Refrigerant units go where the refrigerant can be properly recovered.
What about gas cans and propane tanks?
We can't take those. We'll set them aside so you can drop them at a City depot.
