Retail & Restaurant Cleanouts in North York
Storefronts and restaurants turn over quickly in North York's plazas and main streets — from the strip malls along Bathurst and Finch to the units lining Yonge Street. When a shop closes, relocates or renovates, fixtures, shelving, counters and back-room stock need to be cleared, usually on a tight timeline before the next tenant or contractor arrives.
Our retail and restaurant cleanout service handles the heavy, awkward pieces that come with commercial spaces: display racks, gondola shelving, booths, tables, chairs, counters and non-hazardous kitchen equipment. We work around plaza rules, rear-door access and neighbouring businesses.
Plaza units and quick turnovers
Plaza landlords often expect units back in a set condition by a set date, and new tenants are usually waiting to start their fit-out. We move quickly, using rear doors and loading areas so the storefront stays tidy and neighbouring businesses aren't disturbed.
Restaurants closing or renovating often have booths, bar tops and stainless equipment that are heavy and awkward. We bring the crew and tools to dismantle and carry them out, and we recycle as much metal as possible.
If you're renovating rather than leaving, we can clear only the areas being worked on so the rest of the business stays ready to reopen.

What affects your price

- Whether shelving or booths need to be dismantled
- Commercial refrigeration requiring refrigerant handling
- Rear-door, loading or plaza access
- Timing around neighbouring businesses
Kitchen equipment and grease
Gas-fired kitchen equipment must be disconnected by a licensed gas technician before we remove it, and hood systems or built-in fire suppression should be handled by the appropriate contractor. Commercial refrigeration contains refrigerant, which must be recovered properly before disposal.
We can't take cooking grease, fryer oil or cleaning chemicals. Stainless steel and metal fixtures are recycled as scrap wherever possible.
