Where your furniture ends up
Furniture is a mix of materials, so we sort as we load. Metal frames and hardware can go to scrap recycling, clean wood can be separated from general waste, and everything else is taken to licensed City of Toronto disposal and transfer facilities.
If a piece is in good shape and you'd like it to have a second life, tell us before we load. We'll set it aside rather than tossing it in with the rest, so you can decide what happens to it.

Do I need to empty the drawers and cabinets first?
It helps if you remove anything you want to keep, but you don't need to haul contents out yourself. If drawers are full of things that are also going, we can take it all together.
Can you take apart large furniture that won't fit through the door?
Yes. We bring basic tools to disassemble bed frames, wall units, sectionals and tables so they come out without damaging your door frames or walls.
Will you take just one piece?
Yes. Single-item pickups are common, especially for condo residents who can't get a heavy piece into the elevator on their own.
Can you come to a condo building?
Absolutely. Let us know your building's rules for elevator bookings and loading docks, and we'll schedule inside the time window you've reserved.
How is the price decided?
