Condo move-outs and building rules
Condo buildings usually require a booked elevator and loading dock time. If you've already booked one for your movers, we may be able to work in the same window — just ask your management office.
Mattresses, refrigerant appliances and electronics each go to the facilities that accept them, and everything else is taken to licensed Toronto disposal facilities.
