Mid-project pickups are common, and we'll quote each one on its own.

Old materials and safe handling
Old homes can hide materials that need special handling. Vermiculite insulation, some older floor tiles and certain pipe wraps may contain asbestos. If you suspect it, have the material tested before removal. We can only take debris that's confirmed safe.
Cast iron tubs, copper pipe and old radiators are separated for scrap metal recycling, and old appliances follow their own disposal requirements. Everything else goes to licensed Toronto disposal facilities.
