We clear stored belongings from attics, but we don't remove insulation. Some older homes have vermiculite insulation, which can contain asbestos and must be tested and handled by a specialist. If we see it, we'll stop and let you know.
Signs of rodents or wildlife are also common in attics. We wear protective gear and bag contaminated items before carrying them through your home. Everything else goes to licensed Toronto disposal facilities.
