Permits, neighbours and underground utilities
Some structures may require a City of Toronto permit to demolish, depending on their size, location and what they're attached to. Before we start, we confirm with you whether a permit applies, so the job is done properly from day one.
If the fence is shared with a neighbour, please talk to them before removal. When posts are being pulled, underground utilities should be located first through Ontario One Call. Metal fencing is recycled, and wood is separated where possible.
